I read someplace, a long time ago that business and government counted one letter, either negative or positive, as ten thousand, for the nine hundred and ninety nine people who felt the same way but who were to lazy to write a letter. Here is your chance to put your money (and time) where your mouth is. Let them know how you feel. A whole heaping pile of emails might just make something happen. Go for it.
