"Third, You really must tell me HOW he was going to committ a crime by my sending him email.
"By sending him information on how to mask or remove THC from his urine, before his next mandatory UA.
For the third, and I hope last time...
Brian had already smoked that joint, had already had a dirty U.A. and was already on his way back to jail when I asked him if he didn't know about the body flush stuff. He answered that he knew about the stuff, and didn't think he needed it. or words to that effect.
Got that? It was all over but the crying by the time I even knew he smoked a joint.
So now what?
Before "you people" start congratulating each other for making some kind of point, you should know, that, the body flush is legal and there isn't any law against smoking pot.
Brian didn't committ a crime by taking a few hits off the pipe. He violated the conditions of his probation.
In Washington State, possession of less than 40 grams is a misdemeanor. a $1000. fine and/or 90 days jail time.
You can't grow the stuff, you can't buy or sell the stuff, you can't carry the stuff around, but there is no law against smoking the stuff in your own house as long as you don't go driving while under the influence.
Now... if this is the worst thing you can throw at me? "You people" are cordially invited to collectively go squeak at the moon.
You can kiss my big, fat, ass on your way out!

Er.... M.C.? I thought you said you were not going to post here again.
Here's your hat, what's your hurry. Don't let the door hit you in the ass on your way out and please don't bother to visit again.
You have very obscene people visiting here. Why don't you post their IP numbers, sometimes they tell you if it's a work computer or home one. Some of us have wondered who these freaks are. They really do a good job of abusing free speech ,don't they ?
