Go try to be nice to someone. volunteer at a homeless shelter, become a part time care giver for someone who needs a break from caring for an alzheimer's patient, deliver meals on wheels. Help someone who is developmentally delayed, give time to care for animals at the pound, give an ounce of love to something, before you lose what pitiful little humanity you have left.
Who knows maybe it will make your face clear up, maybe you can work off the fat both on your ass and between your ears.
