Republican presidential hopeful Rudy Giuliani said illegal immigration is not a crime. "It's not a crime," Giuliani said Friday. "I know that's very hard for people to understand, but it's not a federal crime."
Giuliani's comments came in an interview with CNN Headline News and radio talk-show host Glenn Beck.
"I was U.S. attorney in the Southern district of New York," he said. "So believe me, I know this. In fact, when you throw an immigrant out of the country, it's not a criminal proceeding. It's a civil proceeding."
Illegal immigration shouldn't be a crime, either, Giuliani said: "No, it shouldn't be because the government wouldn't be able to prosecute it. We couldn't prosecute 12 million people. We have over 2 million people in jail right now for all the crimes that are committed in the country, 2.5 million."
There was more political Blah, blah, blah, about the subject between Mr. Giuliani and Mit Romney, that I have edited out.
The point is, COMING TO AMERICA IS NOT A CRIME!
The people working here under a false SS number are paying taxes, paying into the system and will most likely never see that money again. They are adding to the coffers, not taking away.
Most so-called Illegals do not drag their families with them, the children are left home with grandparents so the schools are not, repeat, not teaching illegal children. (as if any child could be illegal)
At the risk of being redundant, I say, this whole racist, tempest in a tea pot, brew-ha-ha, is about taking peoples attention away from the bloody wars.
Oh sure, the death tolls aren't Like the numbers from Vietnam, YET, but the number of kids coming home with needed parts missing is huge! We are not seeing the flag draped coffins, we are not hearing about the protests, the government is partners with big business and big business controls the media. We hear and see only what the government wants us to know.

"we don't want you to see what we are doing to your country, ripping you off to the tune of billions and billions of tax dollars for the wars, taking away from HEALTH CARE, HOUSEING, EDUCATION, ROADS AND BRIDGES, DISASTER AID, CRIME, and the other needs of this nation and you people.
We, the government, want you to get your collective panties in a bunch over immigration. We are giving you a political correct group of people to hate so get busy rednecks, clan members, couch potatoes, and the rest of you dim bulbs, take this issue and run with it."
We, the government, will start with the untruth that anyone who is here from another country, without a green card, is breaking a law.
Then we will make a big issue when ever an undocumented immigrant breaks the law, nation wide for days, weeks, if its a deadly crime. You will only hear about the run of the mill murders, drug busts, gang crime, in your own neighborhoods, even missing and murdered children won't make headlines unless a immigrant from below the southern border is involved.
We will claim the immigrants coming across our southern border, mostly people of color from Mexico, Central America, and South America, might be terrorists and are most certainly lawbreakers just because they are here.
We, the government bought off business and the rich with tax breaks. We also helped move many businesses to other countries so they could employ cheap labor and make more money for themselves. They love us! We bought off the house and senate by giving them a big raise. They make more money a month than some of us make in a year. Hell, more then some of us make in five years.
The people didn't care, they had the immigration thing to focus on.
The people don't care that their kids and their neighbors kids are going into battle with inferior body armor and protection on their vehicles. The people don't care where their money is going, they have a group of people they can hate and still be good Americans, hell it's expected of them.
Climb on the ol' hate wagon boys and girls, don't look around or look past what ya see on TV, repeat what you hear like a parrot and do not think for yourself. Just be a good American and do what your government tells you.
We the government, will now go after small business and further muddy the waters by expecting them to fire workers in case they might not be legal so that the business isn't fined. This might hurt the economy but at least the people won't think about the wars and the billions of tax dollars being spent that no one is accounting for.
Pssst, the oil companies made record profits again this year. (one CEO got a BILLION DOLLAR bonus) Has anyone noticed how the price of everything from milk to shoelaces has gone up? Has anyone noticed how the stock market has been going crazy? Or how people are losing their homes, jobs, and small business are going down the tubes? Or that we are importing food from China?
Something is very wrong and if we focus on brown people we are going to miss an important clue and it will be too late, perhaps it is already too late, to stop the deadly downhill slide.
If like Rome, this United States of America falls, The haves will have theirs, but with the borders closed, will the have-nots be able to get out?
